Hosted by lululemon Mall of America Ambassador Jean Nitchals, coach and community leader, this event was created for anyone craving more intention in their work and life. Jean’s work is rooted in helping others reconnect with their “why,” drawing inspiration from Ikigai — the Japanese concept of aligning what you love, what you’re good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for.
