  Located southwest of Bloomington, the Alexis Bailly Vineyard is a family owned and operated venture with over 30 years of winemaking experience. The Bailly family is proud to use only Minnesota-grown grapes and house their wines in Alexis Bailly's original 1978 winery, made from Minnesota limestone and white knotty pine, providing a truly regional look.   St. Croix Vineyard, located 10 miles east of St. Paul in Stillwater, produces some of the best wine in Minnesota and has received multiple awards from wine competitions, state fairs and the American Wine Society. What's more, this winery offers free tours and tastings inside their century-old barn-turned-tasting-room, and provides picnic tables outside by their private pond. While there, be sure to sample their Raspberry Infusion wine, which has become a local favorite. Hours vary seasonally, so call ahead for their current hours of operation.
