Your accommodations were so helpful and the compassion I witnessed toward other patrons was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for accommodating our large family dinners and super hyper game nights. I just wanted an inexpensive hotel for my family and I to meet. The staff went above and beyond to make this a special weekend for us & we really appreciate it. I’ve also seen them treat other customers with kindness and compassion. This is obviously not a five star hotel, but there was a pool, workout room and breakfast. It’s not far from Mall of America which is great. Everything looked clean. I’d visit here again.

Great location if you’re wanting a cheaper option near the Mall of America despite the ongoing construction. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests and the room was a really nice size for a family of 4. Our only real complaint was with the cleanliness of the room. The arm and side of the couch was visibly dirty as was the bottom of the bed and the floor could’ve used a quick sweep. The sheets and blankets were clean, however, and that was more important to us.

Stayed 3 nights, here are the pros and cons of this hotel:
Pros
-friendly helpful staff!
-within walking distance of Walmart, other stores
-easy access to good transit routes
-clean room
-breakfast included

Cons
-old/dated rooms, in need of renovation, new mattresses, and smelt kinda weird??
-bathtubs do not have plugs, you cannot take a bath(apparently due to an incident of baby drowning?)
-pool does not have hot tub
-weight room does not have fully functional equipment and very limited equipment.
-breakfast does not have hot options

We booked online and got there around 2am. There was several people ahead of us. We were in line for about 20 mins or so. I liked how the rooms are brightly lit and not dimmed. We enjoyed the breakfast, only complaint is there’s no condiments for the eggs and patty.
I liked how they are not greedy with their shampoo and conditioner.
